Senior: Keithan
Welcome Alumni! The lone 2004
senior for the Wolves was team captain Keithan Gregg****.
Keithan was a 4 year player for the Wolves and
played Division I tennis for the Eagles at Eastern
Washington University in Cheney, Washington. He also played basketball for the University of Great Falls during his collegian career.
He has also been a volunteer coach in the Wolves tennis program the past five seasons. Keithan won the
Montana B/C State Singles Championship title four years
straight for the boys while a member of the CBHS Wolves. He
finished high school with a 113-2 win/loss record. The Boys
team repeated again as Divisional Champions and 3-peated as
STATE CHAMPIONS scoring a record high 80 points. Kyle Lewis and Jeff Larson teamed up to win the State Doubles crown.All members
of the boys team were All-State selected players. Keithan also has the distinct please of being the ONLY Montana high school tennis player to ever be selected as National Player of the Year. He was selected as the 2004 National Tennis Athlete of the Year , indeed, a very special award.
The girls team placed 3rd at Divisionals and qualified Jessica Jacobsen & Melanie Rice in doubles for the second consecutive year. Jacobsen/Rice finished 3rd at the state tournament and helped the team place 7th at the 2004 State tournament.
All-Conference team members include: Boys' Singles: 1st-Keithan Gregg, 2nd-Brian McDivitt, 3rd-Noel Geiger, 4th-Brett Cline; Boys' Doubles: 1st-Jeff Larson/Kyle Lewis, 2nd-Garett Meznarich/Matt Whelchel. Girls' Doubles: 1st-Jessica Jacobsen/Melanie Rice. All-State members include Boys' Singles: State Champion: Keithan Gregg, 2nd- Brian McDivitt, 4th - Noel Geiger, & 6th - Brett Cline; Boys' Doubles: State Champions: Jeff Larson / Kyle Lewis, 2nd-Matt Whelchel / Garett Meznarich; Girls' Doubles: 3rd-Jessica Jacobsen/Melanie Rice
